Instructions
- Soak the No Salt pistachios and cashews in cold water for at least 12 hours.
- Drain the nuts and discard the soaking water.
- Process the garlic until minced, then add the soaked nuts, lemon zest, lemon juice, tahini, parsley, water, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, and onion powder. Blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle the mixture with chopped pistachios before serving.
