Instructions
- Place pistachios in a blender and secure the lid.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to the highest speed.
- Use a tamper to push the ingredients toward the blades.
- After about 1 minute, when a chugging sound is heard, reduce the speed to medium.
- Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Use the pistachio butter as a spread or dip.
