The main ingredients

  • 3 cups Wonderful Pistachios Lightly Salted No Shells

Optional additions

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ΒΌ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place pistachios in a blender and secure the lid.
  2. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to the highest speed.
  3. Use a tamper to push the ingredients toward the blades.
  4. After about 1 minute, when a chugging sound is heard, reduce the speed to medium.
  5. Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Use the pistachio butter as a spread or dip.
