Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Stir the mixture well to combine, then transfer it to the prepared baking sheet, ensuring the pistachios are touching each other.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until fragrant, lightly bubbling, and darkened in color.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into clumps or chopping if desired.
