Ingredients

The sweeteners

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the pistachios, maple syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla, and optional salt.
  3. Stir the mixture well to combine, then transfer it to the prepared baking sheet, ensuring the pistachios are touching each other.
  4. Bake for 10-14 minutes until fragrant, lightly bubbling, and darkened in color.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into clumps or chopping if desired.
