Instructions
- 1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add the shelled pistachios and granulated sugar to the skillet.
- 3. Gently toss and stir until the sugar begins to melt.
- 4. Continue cooking until most of the sugar is melted and the pistachios turn golden brown, adjusting the heat to prevent burning.
- 5. Slide the nuts onto parchment paper or a silicone mat to cool completely.
- 6. Once cooled, use them as a salad topping, in a snack mix, or enjoy them plain.
