The sugar

Instructions
- Place nuts and sugar in a sauté pan on medium heat.
- Use a rubber spatula to toss the nuts frequently until the sugar melts and caramelizes into a golden brown color.
- Remove nuts from the pan and spread them out onto a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper.
- Cool completely before serving.
