The nuts

nuts (macadamia, pecans, walnuts, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and cinnamon in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Stir the mixture until it bubbles.
- Add the nuts and stir to coat them in the caramel mixture.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until the nuts are golden brown and smell toasted.
- Alternatively, transfer the coated nuts to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F, stirring every 1-2 minutes until toasted.
- Transfer the nuts to foil or parchment to cool completely.
- Break apart and enjoy.
