Ingredients

The nuts

  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1 cup raw cashews, unsalted
  • 1 cup raw almonds, unsalted

The seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, add the nuts.
  5. Pour the maple mixture over the nuts and toss gently to coat.
  6. Spread the nuts on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Let the nuts cool before enjoying.
