Savory Spiced Nuts
Ingredients
The nuts

walnuts, raw and unsalted

The coating

tablespoon
butter

tablespoons
honey

tablespoon
hot sauce

½
teaspoon
sea salt plus extra for topping

tablespoons
fresh rosemary, chopped

a pinch
cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Toast the nuts in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, tossing occasionally until fragrant and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add butter and toss until the nuts are lightly coated.
- Add honey, hot sauce, salt, and rosemary, then toss again until the nuts are evenly coated.
- Transfer the nuts onto the prepared baking sheet, sprinkle with extra salt and cayenne pepper if desired.
- Cool completely before serving.
