Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, and water until mixed.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally until the sugar is fully melted.
- Add the mixed nuts to the pot and stir until they are fully coated and the sugar begins to crystallize.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 1-2 minutes, stirring to break up large clusters.
- Transfer the nuts to a plate to cool completely.
