Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg white with the water until frothy.
- Add the walnut halves to the egg white mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Pour the cinnamon sugar mixture over the walnuts and stir until they are well coated.
- Spread the walnuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the coating has hardened.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
