Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg white with water until frothy.
- Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and toss to coat.
- Stir in the cinnamon sugar mixture until the pecans are well coated.
- Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the coating is hardened and golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
