Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg white, water, and vanilla until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and coat them evenly.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the pecans and toss to coat.
- Spread the coated pecans onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, then let cool.
