Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine the walnuts, maple syrup, and salt.
- Stir often until the walnuts are toasted and the syrup starts to stick to them, about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked walnuts to the baking sheet and separate them into a single layer.
- Bake the walnuts for 5 to 7 minutes until they look slightly cloudy on top.
- Remove from the oven and let the walnuts cool completely for about 10-15 minutes.
- Break apart any pieces that have stuck together before serving.
