Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine pecans, maple syrup, melted butter, sea salt, bourbon, and cinnamon, stirring to coat the pecans.
- Spread the pecans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes, tossing after 10 minutes for even cooking.
- Once toasted and dark, remove from the oven and let cool.
- Stir the pecans to coat them in the hardened maple syrup, then let them cool completely.
- Serve and enjoy, or store in an airtight container.
