Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine walnuts, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, mixing well to coat the walnuts.
- Continuously mix for about 5 to 6 minutes until the maple syrup caramelizes and no liquid remains.
- Spread the coated nuts onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
- Once cooled, transfer to a jar or sealable bag for storage.
