Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150C/300F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites with water until foamy.
- Coat the cashews in the egg white mixture, then add the sugar mixture and combine well.
- Spread the cashews on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow the candied cashews to cool before mixing again to prevent clustering.
