Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Place the almonds in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white, water, and vanilla until frothy, then pour over the almonds and toss to coat.
- Add the sugar mixture to the almonds and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 60 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container.
