Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250ºF.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the almonds, cinnamon, salt, and olive oil.

- 4. Spread the almonds out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- 5. Roast in the oven for 1 hour.
- 6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
