Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- In a medium bowl, beat the egg white and water until frothy.
- Add the almonds and stir until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugars, salt, and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the almonds.
- Stir the almonds until they are well coated with the mixture.
- Spread the almonds evenly on a lined baking sheet.
- Roast the almonds for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and store in airtight containers.
