Ingredients

The almonds

  • 1 pound whole raw almonds

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread the almonds on two 9 x 13 inch baking dishes.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until a nutty aroma is present.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooled almonds with olive oil and salt.
  6. Serve.
