The almonds

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread the almonds on two 9 x 13 inch baking dishes.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until a nutty aroma is present.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
- Toss the cooled almonds with olive oil and salt.
- Serve.
