Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Melt the ghee or oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
- Once the oil is bubbling, add the almonds in a single layer and stir to coat.
- Add the rosemary, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Toast the almonds while stirring often until they are slightly darkened and aromatic, which takes about 8 to 12 minutes.
- Remove the almonds from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to cool to room temperature.
- Store the seasoned almonds in a sealed container.
