Ingredients

The almonds

  • 2 cups raw almonds

The seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp sage, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2. Place the almonds in a medium bowl.
  3. 3. Add the avocado oil, fresh herbs, and salt, and mix well to coat.
  4. 4. Spread the almonds evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
