Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy.
- Add the almonds to the egg white mixture until fully coated, then add the sugar mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the almonds onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove the almonds from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before stirring again to prevent clustering.
