Blood Orange & Avocado Salad

Instructions
- Soak the sliced onion in ice water for 10 to 20 minutes to mellow the flavor.
- Layer the orange and avocado slices on a large serving plate.
- Drain the onion and tuck it between the orange and avocado slices.
- Drizzle the salad with lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
- Top with seeds and cilantro, then drizzle olive oil over the salad.
- Serve immediately.
