The sauce
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add ½ cup of salsa to the inner pot of the pressure cooker and place the chicken on top.
- Sprinkle oregano and taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour the remaining salsa over the chicken, ensuring it is covered.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Press the Pressure Cook/Manual button and set the time to 10-12 minutes based on the thickness of the chicken.
- Once cooking is complete, let the pot sit for 10 minutes to naturally release pressure, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks, then return it to the pot with the sauce.
