The salsa
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the chicken completely with salsa.
- Set the crock pot to low and cook for 4½ hours.
- Remove the chicken and strain out the salsa, keeping the juice.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it back with the strained salsa.
