The salsa
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Thirty minutes before the cooking time is up, remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the pot, mix it into the salsa, and let it cook for another 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
