Instructions
- Make the homemade Ragu sauce.
- Boil water, salt it, and cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, parmesan, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and oregano, then transfer to a ziplock bag.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread half of the Ragu sauce in a baking dish.
- Pipe the cheese mixture into each shell and place them in the baking dish.
- Cover the shells with the remaining sauce and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with pesto or fresh basil before serving.
