Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Instructions
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until the batter lightens in color.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then mix into the batter until combined.
- Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop the dough into balls and roll each in powdered sugar before placing on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until puffed and crackled on top, then cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
