Instructions
- Combine cocoa powder, cacao powder, sugars, and olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Add flax eggs or regular eggs and vanilla, stirring until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into 1 tbsp balls and coat them in icing sugar.
- Place the balls on the baking sheets, spacing them appropriately.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
