Healthy Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 6. Roll the chilled dough into balls and then roll them in powdered sugar.
- 7. Place the rolled dough on the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
- 8. After baking, let them cool before rolling in more powdered sugar.
