Halloween Chex Mix

The peanuts

cinnamon rice cereal squares (Cinnamon Chex)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- In a small bowl, mix the peanuts, maple syrup, oil, and salt until the peanuts are coated.
- Spread the peanuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let the peanuts cool slightly and break them apart.
- Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg white until foamy, then add the cereal and pretzels, mixing to coat.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Once dry to the touch, let the mixture cool completely.
- Combine the cooled mixture with the roasted peanuts and candy corn, then serve.
