Wet Ingredients

  • ¾ cup 100% pureed pumpkin
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and sweeteners.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: pumpkin, melted butter, and beaten eggs.

  5. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
