Ingredients

  • ¼ cup avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 unit lime (juice)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ unit jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  4. Store dressing in a sealed, airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days.
