Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, maple syrup, coriander, and salt, and pulse to combine.
- While the blade is running, slowly pour in the olive oil and process until smooth.
- If desired, blend with avocado or Greek yogurt to make it creamy.
