Cilantro Lime Dressing

Instructions
- Combine cilantro, yogurt, lime juice, and garlic in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- With the motor running, slowly add olive oil through the feed tube.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Chill until serving.
