Easy Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the stems aside.
- Finely chop the mushroom stems or use a mini food processor.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of butter and garlic, and microwave until the butter is soft.
- Stir in the Panko bread crumbs into the butter mixture.
- Add the chopped mushroom stems, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to the mixture and combine well.
- In a cast iron frying pan or oven-safe dish, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the oven.
- Arrange the mushrooms stem side up in the pan and fill them with the mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes, basting with the melted butter halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot or at room temperature.
