Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

sour cream or Greek yogurt

mayonnaise

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat the chicken thighs with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper before baking for 25 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to cool slightly, then shred it using forks or a mixer.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and honey, then mix in the hot sauce until fully combined. Set aside.
- Prepare the bleu cheese dressing by blending sour cream, milk, and half of the bleu cheese in a food processor, then combine with mayonnaise and remaining bleu cheese.
- Mix the blue cheese dressing with vinegar, salt, and pepper, then combine with the cabbage and let it sit for several hours in the refrigerator.
- Assemble the tacos by filling tortillas with shredded chicken, slaw, and any additional toppings.
