Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Instructions
- 1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add the neutral oil.
- 2. Add the chopped chicken to the skillet and cook undisturbed for 1 to 2 minutes until it begins to brown.
- 3. Stir or flip the chicken and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until browned on the other side.
- 4. Pour in the buffalo sauce and stir to combine, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 seconds.
- 5. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or skillet.
- 6. Assemble the tacos by layering chopped romaine and buffalo chicken in each tortilla.
- 7. Drizzle with ranch dressing and top with blue cheese crumbles.
- 8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with celery if desired.
