Ingredients

For the chicken tacos

  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 3 tbsp buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 12 small soft taco shells

Serve with

  • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 cups thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup buffalo hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, mozzarella cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Press 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto a tortilla, keeping it thin for quick cooking.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, then place the tortilla chicken side down and flatten it.
  4. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the pan and repeat with remaining tortillas.
  6. Serve topped with lettuce, sour cream, blue cheese, and additional buffalo sauce.
