Instructions
- Mix ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, mozzarella cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Press 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto a tortilla, keeping it thin for quick cooking.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, then place the tortilla chicken side down and flatten it.
- Cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Serve topped with lettuce, sour cream, blue cheese, and additional buffalo sauce.
