Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Combine sliced onion, grated garlic, gnocchi, olive oil, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper on the baking sheet.
- Zest the lemons over the mixture and add crumbled sausage to the sheet.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Add broccoli rabe to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 6–10 minutes until tender.
- Serve with lemon wedges and top with Parmesan if desired.
