Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Sauté garlic with red pepper flakes and fennel seeds in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano, breaking up the tomatoes.
- Add kale and simmer on low for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Remove from heat, then add sausage and gnocchi, topping with grated cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until bubbling.
