One Pan Creamy Gnocchi with Italian Sausage and Kale

Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and brown the sausage.
- 2. Transfer the cooked sausage to a plate and leave some oil in the skillet.
- 3. Reduce heat to medium and sauté the onion until softened, then add garlic.
- 4. Pour in chicken broth and milk, bring to a simmer, then add kale and cover to steam until wilted.
- 5. Add gnocchi, season with pepper, cover, and cook until tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- 6. Stir in cream, parmesan, and the cooked sausage, then serve warm.
