Kale and Sausage Gnocchi Bake

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions and dry them on a paper towel.
- 3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sausage, cooking until browned.
- 4. Stir in the gnocchi and sauté until lightly browned.
- 5. Add the greens and garlic, cooking until the greens are wilted.
- 6. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- 7. Mix in the marinara sauce and fresh herbs until combined.
- 8. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake for 10-15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- 9. Let cool slightly, then serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
