Sausage and Bacon Cheesy Baked Gnocchi

Instructions
- 1. Heat a large cast iron pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy.
- 2. Add the quartered cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softened.
- 3. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned.
- 4. Mix in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- 5. Pour in the marinara sauce and add sugar, mixing until combined.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 7. Add uncooked gnocchi to the pan and mix thoroughly with the sauce.
- 8. Allow the gnocchi to simmer in the sauce while the oven heats up.
- 9. Distribute the pieces of fresh mozzarella over the top.
- 10. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded Italian cheese.
- 11. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
- 12. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil and serve hot.
