Baked Gnocchi

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a medium casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour 1 cup of marinara sauce into the baking dish and spread it around.
- Drizzle in 3 tablespoons of heavy cream and stir lightly, then add half of the grape tomatoes.
- Boil a large pot of unsalted water and cook the gnocchi for about 1/3 less than the package instructions.
- Drain the gnocchi and transfer it to the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Add the remaining grape tomatoes and pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top.
- Top with mozzarella cheese slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbling, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- If desired, broil for an additional 2 to 4 minutes to brown the cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving warm.
