Baked Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Heat butter in a large oven-safe pan over medium-low heat and sauté garlic until soft.
- 2. Add tomato paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Add vodka and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- 4. Stir in cream, broth, and salt, bringing the mixture to a low simmer until it coats the back of a spoon.
- 5. Prepare the gnocchi according to package directions and then combine with the sauce in the pan.
- 6. Preheat the oven to broil at 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 7. Arrange mozzarella balls on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and bake for 5-8 minutes until browned and crisped.
- 8. Garnish with parsley or basil and serve.
