Beef Tenderloin

Instructions
- Combine all sauce ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
- Remove the beef from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a roasting pan.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Heat oil in a large pan and brown the beef on all sides, adding thyme and rosemary.
- Transfer the beef to the roasting pan and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Cook in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 120°F, about 25-30 minutes.
- Let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with horseradish sauce and finishing salt, if desired.
