Antipasto Ham Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • ½ pound deli ham slices
  • 10 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 small handful fresh oregano leaves
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • to taste crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Lay 10 slices of deli ham on a cutting board.
  2. Top each slice with a slice of mozzarella or provolone cheese.
  3. Smear a thin layer of cream cheese on the cheese, reaching the edges.
  4. Sprinkle with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, and artichoke hearts on top.
  6. Sprinkle fresh oregano leaves over the filling.
  7. Gently roll each ham slice, tucking in the filling as you go.
  8. If the roll-up doesn't stay secured, add a dab of cream cheese to help hold it together.
  9. Repeat with the remaining roll-ups.
