Antipasto Ham Roll Ups

marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Lay 10 slices of deli ham on a cutting board.
- Top each slice with a slice of mozzarella or provolone cheese.
- Smear a thin layer of cream cheese on the cheese, reaching the edges.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, and artichoke hearts on top.
- Sprinkle fresh oregano leaves over the filling.
- Gently roll each ham slice, tucking in the filling as you go.
- If the roll-up doesn't stay secured, add a dab of cream cheese to help hold it together.
- Repeat with the remaining roll-ups.
