Ingredients

The filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • ½ head romaine or green leaf lettuce
  • 16 slices deli turkey
  • 16 slices Havarti or Swiss cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes

The wraps

  • 8 10-inch flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese with cranberry sauce until combined.
  2. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese on a tortilla.
  3. Layer 3 lettuce leaves down the middle of the tortilla.
  4. Add 2 slices of turkey and 4 pieces of Swiss cheese on top of the lettuce.
  5. Top with several slices of tomatoes.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Wrap each rollup tightly in plastic wrap.
  8. Chill the rollups in the refrigerator until serving time.
  9. Trim unfilled ends and slice each rollup into 8 equal pieces.
